Refund Policy

Our coaching and mentoring programmes are purchased as complete packages, not individual sessions.

A 14-day statutory cancellation period applies where required by law.

For digital courses, resources, coaching or tools, you acknowledge that your cancellation right for that digital content ends once access begins.

If coaching begins during the cancellation period, charges may apply for services already delivered.

After the statutory cancellation period, programme fees are non-refundable if you choose to discontinue, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

This does not affect your legal rights if services or materials are not provided as agreed.
