Why me
Strategic thinking grounded in real‑world experience
My perspective on business didn’t begin with online coaching. For more than 25 years, I’ve worked with businesses, organisations and entrepreneurs to turn complexity into clear strategy and strategy into action.
With an engineering degree behind me, I built my first management consultancy in my twenties and went on to spend more than 20 years working in management, process and organisational change consultancy, including with the Cabinet Office. Much of that work involved analysing complex processes, designing practical frameworks and developing training programmes to help organisations implement change.
I’ve since brought that strategic and practical experience into the online world, building audiences, developing and selling programmes, running webinars, advertising and email campaigns, and creating the customer journeys and systems that helped grow my online coaching business to £250k in twelve months.
