Friday 21st April WELCOME RECORDING (Access around your work schedule)

  • Welcome and goal-setting for the weekend
  • Sobriety recording and pep talk

Over night self reflection on Your Why's, and Listening to Your Inner Voice.

This session will be in your Retreat Member area for review at any time on Friday to give you flexibility around work commitments.


Saturday 22nd April 2-5.30pm BST (9am-1pm ET, 5am-11am PT)

  • Why we drink and why we lose control
  • Build Your Confidence: You can do it!
  • Figure out everything about alcohol
  • Break the Willpower paradigm
  • Reprogram your subconscious: literally, change your mind about alcohol!
  • The Social Secret: Release from alcohol's habitual loop

Overnight exercises and Awaken recording.

Sunday 23rd April 2-5pm BST (9am-12pm ET, 5am-10am PT)
